We are developing a cutting edge Mixed Reality fit prediction platform, that enables companies to provide the most engaging candidate experience, while delivering better, more accurate assessment.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of Actiview’s customers, while ensuring they receive the highest value of our products.
- Maintain and expand revenue through active communication of Actiview’s customers
- Deliver webinars, tutorials and assist partners with the use of Actiview’s product.
- Consult with customers to identify product goals, resources and timelines, set appropriate expectations, and advise clients regarding special customized solutions.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
You are / have:
- Relevant bachelor degree.
- 5 years of experience in client-facing account management with deep knowledge in recruitment / HR.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects in detail while identifying and prioritizing key tasks.
- Ability to solve problems in complex situations and under pressure.
- Excellent and professional communication and presentation skills.
