The Role:

As the company continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Office manager & HR admin to support our team and ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an opportunity to enter the HR world!


You will:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Order office supplies and take care of invoices
  • Take care of accountancy and payments (No need for previous experience! You will get all guidance from our CFO)
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Recruitment of employees
  • Plan wellness and team activities such as: celebrations, happy-hours and conferences
  • Provide general administrative support


You have:

  • Availability to work every day between 9:00-18:00- a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Can-do attitude
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
