Actiview is a fast-growing startup that develops an innovative candidate assessment platform. The company employs an elite team of experts and scientists who work in cooperation with leading academic institutions, to take candidate assessment to the cutting edge of HR technology.

The Role:

As the company continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking an experienced, hardworking Sales Director to manage our business efforts in the US market. You will be responsible for growing Actiview’s business in North America in new domains and existing accounts and take a pivotal role in establishing Actiview’s presence in this market.

You will:

  • work closely with ActiView’s management in a strategic role.
  • have to establish partnerships and develop relationships with key decision makers.
  • be responsible for full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including customer facing activities and back-office work.
  • develop and lead a team of account executives focusing on the North American market.
  • be responsible for marketing and sales activities such as representing ActiView at events and exhibitions.

You have:

  • 8+ years in selling SaaS products to enterprises in the US
  • Proven track record in building and managing sales teams
  • Proven and established relationships with executives
  • Successful experience in running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies closing large complex deals
  • Knowledge of the HR software space would be highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and technical presentation abilities
  • Team player with positive attitude
