Combatting Bias

Traditional assessment methods are unintentionally, yet widely, biased against underrepresented groups. As an automated measurement system that relies on unbiased algorithms, Assense eliminates the opportunity for any form of human prejudice, and provides a clear and fair method to differentiate between candidates. 

To achieve that, we solely use glass-box algorithms in which the predictors are carefully selected and validated by domain experts. Assense’s algorithms and final recommendations are periodically reviewed by a team of internal and external experts to assure that they are consistent, objective, and clean from any sort of bias.
